Exercise doesn’t always need to be on a mat!

Come and join us for a yoga style class where we practice using chairs. We adapted regular physical practices and learn about breathing techniques and relaxation. So ANYONE can join us with the aid of a chair.

There are so many benefits to attending seated yoga including:

Zen Movers (7 years +)

wwb3Kids YogaFor older Zen Movers who may have already started their yoga journey or just beginning and want an active calming class. We explore yoga creatively through simple fun poses, breathing techniques, music, and relaxation. The wonderful element of yoga it is non competitive, we encourage teamwork finding inner peace and self worth.

There are so many reasons why yoga is amazing for our Zen Movers including:

  • Enhancing concentration and focus
  • Reduces stress and anxiety
  • Improves energy levels
  • Brings clarity and calm to relax the mind
  • Increasing flexibility, strength, coordination and balance
  • Improving general well-being
  • Help deal with emotions
  • Boost confidence

Classes are for children aged between 6 – 10 year olds.
Classes are 30 minutes.
The classes are rolling, so you can join at any time.

Zeenie Movers (3-6 Years)

Kids YogaFor our Zeenie Movers who want to start their yoga journey like the grown ups!
We explore the movement of yoga through simple poses, stories, songs and rhymes!

There are so many reasons why yoga for our Zeenie Movers is amazing including:

  • Helps their neuromuscular development
  • Increased self-confidence and positive body image
  • Helps strengthen the immune system
  • Encourages baby to sleep more soundly
  • Flexibility and coordination

Classes are for children aged between 3 – 6 year olds and happy to come to classes by themselves.
Classes are 30 minutes.
The classes are rolling, so you can join at any time.

 

Gentle Water Aerobics Classes (Suitable for Pregnancy)

This class has the perfect balance between a workout and relaxation. It gives you an amazing insight into your body as it changes through your life.
You will feel a greater freedom of movement you will feel lighter so the classes are one of the safest ways to exercise as the water supports joints which will help you increase your muscle tone, strength and circulation.
This class is different to our regular class, we split the class into 3 sections; cardio (build your stamina), stretching and relaxation (helping your general wellbeing).
Classes run:
